Welcome back, after a long hiatus, to TEDification Wednesday. Amongst all the other good reasons to listen to TED presenters is that they typically don't get to be TED presenters by being unsuccessful.
I'm afraid this guy may have it just about right. He's certainly pretty darned funny. (He also goes on too long, and I find his session a little offputting in the latter half; so I edited it out. You're welcome.) (*)
And since I was bunging it in the video editor, I bunged on what's perhaps my favourite 60 seconds from South Park, ever. Mom, don't watch.
It has subsequently been brought to my attention, by people I trust, that, if you're any kind of artist, you should drop whatever tripe motivational video you are watching now, and watch this commencement address from Neil Gaiman.
Update: On review, I've decided actually the first 4.5 minutes of this have almost all the really good bits. DftRE committed to shaving minutes off your day of killing time on the web!
